To improve user convenience, starting April 23, 2026, ALPHACOLLABO and ZIVO will operate under a unified member system. If you use ZIVO, we will retrieve only the minimum necessary member information registered in ALPHACOLLABO in real time for member identification, login linkage, identity verification, customer support, and service provision.

With this change, the scope of personal data processing items and usage is expanded as follows. However, we do not bulk-copy and permanently store your personal data in the ZIVO member DB; data is processed only within the scope necessary for unified member operation and service delivery.

Data Controller

The data controller for both ALPHACOLLABO and ZIVO is Global Alpha Media Co., Ltd.

What Is Changing

ALPHACOLLABO and ZIVO will run on a unified member system. You can log in to ZIVO using your ALPHACOLLABO account. Member data is linked in real time only to the extent required to provide ZIVO services. Processing items and usage scope are expanded accordingly.

Data Items Processed

Required: name, email, mobile number, login identifier, password (encrypted), service usage history, access logs, IP address, cookies, device information (OS/browser)

Optional: address, gender, date of birth, phone number

Purpose of Processing

Unified member identification and login linkage; identity verification; account security and fraud prevention; ZIVO registration and use; customer support and complaint handling; notice delivery; legal compliance.

Retention and Use Period

Until account deletion or fulfillment of the processing purpose. Where retention is required by law, data is separately stored for the legal period and then destroyed.

Third-Party Provision and Outsourcing

This change concerns unified member operation under the same data controller (Global Alpha Media Co., Ltd.). We do not provide personal data to third parties unless required by law or separately consented to by users. If processing is outsourced, contractors and task details will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
